Florida man survives 3-story fall in Sam Ash Music store burglary in Clearwater

A Clearwater male is dealing with a burglary demand soon after police claimed he broke into a Sam Ash Songs retail store — and survived a 3-story tumble in the course of action.

Police said the guy broke into the songs retail outlet, which is located on McMullen Booth Road in Clearwater and used to be a big open up banquet corridor and for many years was the preferred restaurant Kapok Tree Inn, at about 4:45 a.m. on Oct. 20. The man got into the setting up by way of a window around the roof and walked a perimeter ledge around the developing.
