FIDDLER’S JOURNEY TO THE BIG SCREEN to Open at Angelika Film Center

Zeitgeist Movies in affiliation with Kino Lorber will current the US theatrical launch of FIDDLER’S JOURNEY TO THE Massive Monitor, a receiver of an Viewers Prize at 2022 Atlanta Jewish Movie Pageant, directed by Daniel Raim (Harold and Lillian: A Hollywood Enjoy Tale). Co-composed by Michael Sragow and Daniel Raim, and made by Daniel Raim and Sasha Berman, FIDDLER’S JOURNEY TO THE Huge Monitor will have its New York release on April 29 at the Angelika Film Middle.

Oscar-nominated filmmaker Daniel Raim places us in the director’s chair and in Jewison’s heart and brain, drawing on uncommon powering-the-scenes footage, unique storyboards, and by no means-ahead of-found stills as well as initial interviews with Norman Jewison, Topol (Tevye), composer John Williams, generation designer Robert F. Boyle, film critic Kenneth Turan, lyricist Sheldon Harnick, and actresses Rosalind Harris, Michele Marsh, and Neva Smaller (Tevye’s daughters).

The movie explores how the working experience of building Fiddler deepens Jewison as an artist and revives his soul.
