Bodyguard actor to star as killer Raoul Moat in new crime drama

ITV has announced the casting for genuine crime drama The Hunt for Raoul Moat as filming begins from Line of Duty studio Earth Productions.

Bodyguard and Misfits star Matt Stokoe is playing Moat, who was an ex-prisoner who killed his ex-girlfriend and wounded her new boyfriend and a policeman in a shooting spree prior to likely on the operate for nearly a week, inevitably dying by suicide soon after a extended standoff with law enforcement, again in 2010.
