Carol Bartle, co-director of Art on the Square together with Stephanie Dorris, was thrilled with the weekend’s festivities.
“Everything has absent wonderful,” Bartle claimed Sunday afternoon. “The artists are content. The men and women coming to obtain the art are happy. So absolutely everyone is content.”
Bartle also noted the impressive artwork.
“We have incredible artwork,” she stated. “It’s just incredible the array of art that we have. I have talked to about a dozen people strolling down the avenue and they are blown away by the top quality of the artwork right here.”
At last, Bartle described Artwork on the Sq. is more than just an artwork clearly show, it is a showcase for downtown Belleville and an economic driver.
“There’s been a regular movement of customers,” she said. “You appear down East Most important Street, persons are strolling down the streets and heading into places to eat which is what we want to do.”
